The Pfaelzer Chateaubriand allows you to make this specialty roast whenever you want to serve it. There's no need to wait for a special menu. This dish is actually a huge, uncut filet mignon with the same buttery taste and mild flavor that distinguishes the Pfaelzer Famous Filets.
