This bedside and desktop weather station/alarm clock displays colorful photographs to illustrate the day's forecast _ complete with sound effects! Using precise data from its barometer and remote outdoor temperature and humidity sensors, the 3.8-inch color LCD forecasts look and sound like this: "Sunny": palms and cabanas, a clear-sky and sounds of seabirds and surf; "Partly Cloudy": an ocean cove under partly cloudy skies with sounds of a brook and songbirds; "Cloudy": grassland under cloudy skies with the sounds of a stream; "Rain": tulips in a sudden shower with the sounds of rain; and "Snow": a winter mountain with blowing wind. Features a radio-controlled dual-alarm clock. Wireless outdoor sensor transmits from up to 50 meters away; it runs on 2 AAA batteries (included). The main unit measures 6 1/2" x 11 1/2" x 1 1/2"; it runs on 2 AA batteries (included) or plugs in with included AC adapter. One-year warranty.
