This portable, rechargeable "ice bucket" keeps your favorite wine perfectly chilled wherever you go _ without messy ice or water. CFC-free Peltier Effect electronics keep red, white or sparkling wines at their optimal temperature _ without any noise or vibration! Just press a button to set the temperature ranging from 40°F to 68°F. A digital readout shows preset and current temperature; red and green LEDs indicate that wine is chilling (or warming). The device can be used to warm wines such as sake, too. The rechargeable cooler fits most wine bottles (3.5-inch maximum diameter) and keeps them chilled for up to two hours on a single charge. Runs on 8 AA NiMH rechargeable batteries (order separately) or plugs in with the included AC adapter. Measures 8 3/4" tall x 5 1/2" wide x 7 1/2" deep. Weighs 2 lbs.
