This compact, lightweight Canon® DVD camcorder features a 2.7-inch backlit widescreen LCD and records video images on a 3-inch-diameter DVD-R/RW. Compatible with most DVD players, this compact camcorder stores up to 30 minutes of video in standard mode; 60 minutes in long play; 120 minutes on a double-sided disc. Also features genuine Canon 10x optical/200x digital zoom, built-in electronic image stabilizer and a two-channel Dolby® Digital audio-recording system. Create a Visual Index, making it easy to quickly review the footage you've taken _ there's no need for rewind and forward buttons. Just select shots and organize them into a playlist, allowing you to edit the video right in the camcorder itself. Use the built-in miniSDTM Memory Card slot to store your favorite content on your own miniSD card. This sensational camcorder features a razor-sharp 4.3MP CCD with advanced RGB Primary Color Filter. Some other camcorders use the standard CMYG filter, resulting in duller color reproduction. The same 4.3MP CCD also provides vibrant digital photographs. Choose from a variety of advanced photo features such as nine-point auto focus; built-in flash with red eye reduction; special scene modes; image effects; built-in electronic lens cover; ultra video light; and much more. It's also easy to share what you've captured with family and friends. Camcorder records in true 16:9 HR widescreen, but also plays on a standard television in letterbox format. There's even a USB 2.0 high-speed terminal to transfer the content on your computer. Included Roxio MyDVD for Canon software lets you edit your footage, create a chapter-and-play menu and burn your footage to additional DVDs. Printing photos is a breeze. Connect the camcorder directly to a Canon printer or a PictBridge-compatible printer using the included USB cable. Comes with one blank DVD-R, wireless remote, stereo/video cable, plus a Digital Video Solution Disc for Windows and Macs.
