With the wireless 433MHz instruments installed outdoors (including special wind and rain gauges), the well-organized LCD shows outdoor temperature; humidity; wind speed and direction; rainfall; barometric pressure and trends; even wind chill. There are extensive memory options for min/max values. The weather forecast is captured with icons for sunny, fair, cloudy or rainy. Plus the clever Wiz Kid icon adds forecasting fun for everyone in the family; the little character puts on 50 different clothing outfits based on the forecast. Display also shows indoor temperature; date and time; local times for sunrise and sunset; and the moon phase. Desktop unit stands 9" tall; it runs on 4 AA batteries.
