In Italy, this is called a 'Rainbow Rotollo.' In America, it's simply called delicious! We begin with fresh sheets of pasta, carefully rolled thin. Then we fill the pasta with a light-textured whipped ricotta, chunks of the freshest broccoli, cauliflower, and peppers. Each pasta roll is 4lb. Offered by Hickory Farms
